Just when I thought I was getting back up to my fighting weight, I get that pesky kidney stone. Since the beginning of the school year, I have dropped about 25 pounds. Unfortunately, it's been all muscle, because my body fat percentage has been on the rise. I mentioned this a couple of months ago, but I would like to get back to around 190 pounds, but get that body fat down to maybe 12-15%. Atkins is not for me, particularly since you can't do caffeine. That's a deal-breaker. How about a well-rounded diet, and some exercise?
